Christian Wiggin is a highly experienced critical care paramedic, educator, and founder of Crux Medical, with over 20 years in frontline and leadership roles worldwide. He has served as Specialist Lead for critical care resources, Training Manager for Hazardous Area Response Teams, and examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons. Accredited as an Advanced Critical Care Practitioner and Clinical Fellow at Queensland University of Technology, Christian chairs the International Critical Care Paramedic Group and brings extensive expertise in HEMS, intensive care, and pre-hospital medicine. He is dedicated to translating real-world clinical knowledge into advanced training for medics and emergency professionals globally.

Dean brings over 30 years of experience as a paramedic across ground and air ambulance services, including leadership roles in world-renowned HEMS in the UK and the Middle East. A leading authority in prehospital critical care, his expertise spans critical care paramedicine, major trauma, resuscitation, austere medicine, and global emergency care. Passionate about education, Dean shares his knowledge to advance patient care standards worldwide and is a valued member of the Crux Medical team.

Dr. Glyn is one of the few UK Consultant Cardiologists with dual expertise in Pre-Hospital Critical Care, bridging the gap between hospital and emergency response. Having collaborated with Christian on one of the UK’s busiest Air Ambulance teams, he brings firsthand experience in critical care and a deep understanding of pre-hospital medicine. A dynamic educator, Glyn simplifies complex medical concepts to empower emergency professionals in both hospital and field settings. Crux Medical is proud to have him on the team.

Dave is an experienced Air Ambulance Critical Care Paramedic and Hazardous Area Response Team specialist, with expertise in major trauma, complex rescues, urban search and rescue, CBRNe incidents, and swift water and high-altitude operations. Beyond his clinical skills, he is a dynamic trainer, sharing real-world insights to educate personnel across sectors. Crux Medical is proud to have him as a key member of our team.

With over 16 years as a paramedic, Jason is an Advanced Paramedic in Urgent and Primary Care and leads the Paramedic Science program at Plymouth University. His expertise spans clinical development, paramedic education, global health, and expedition medicine. Passionate about improving healthcare worldwide, Jason has trained first responders in rural Nepal and teaches master’s courses on global and remote medicine. Crux Medical is excited to have him on the team.
